Scandi-Rocco is the contraction of Scandinavia and Morocco. Consider it a more or less European version of “the Long Way Down” (the epic journey by Ewan McGregor and Charley Boorman but in reverse). It chronicles our trip in 2022 from Morocco up to the arctic circle via Norway. It starts and ends in France (the home of de Tocqueville) and is a welcome interlude from the planned visits to the American State Capitals.
